    Description

    This is a well made and functional Draft/Warmblood/large horse eggbutt snaffle bit. The mouth measures 6 1/2 inches, and the bit weighs 15 oz. The bit is made of stainless steel, no makers mark. Signs of wear are a some marks/scratches on the bit, and the rings have thinned a teeny bit where the leather of the bridle attached-probably used to get a youngster used to a bit in the stall while bridled....no damage to impact horse comfort, a little re-cleaning and polishing will do wonders-this was in a tack filled tote for some time. Hard to find large size. Check out my other auctions for reins and bits! Emptying the tack bins...
