Measurements

Large piece (Tread) is 12-Inches Long with a 1-Inch Nose trim. Total of 13-Inches Long x
4-3/4-Inches Wide
Small Piece (Riser) is 8-Inches Long x
4-3/4-Inches Wide
Step 1:
Starting at the bottom of the staircase, install riser above existing rough framing, making sure same height as tread. Apply adhesive and nail into place.
Step 2:
Install tread over riser, making sure snug on both sides. Apply adhesive and nail the place.
Step 3:
Repeat both steps until you reach top of stairs. If you have a staircase with open treads, measure and cut strip to cover edge of stairs.
Step 4:
You are now ready to proceed with installation of your stair system. When your stairway is complete, install carpet and enjoy your new staircase.
