Vintage Plastic or celluloid girl 1940-1950 painted eyes, wig, dressed

Description

Plastic or celluloid girl doll, 19 inches tall, No markings,  possibly made in Germany.
Estimate age made around 1940-1955
I newly restrung her and lit her head up inside with flash light (last photo) to see if the one line on her face was a crack but only shows as dark line and no light or structural weakness shines through it, so it is a surface scratch, craze or molding ridge, that has become dark, also is one just like it on her back and one on each leg, none look to be like cracks going through the thick plastic or heavy type celluloid that she is made of, more believed to be scratches, molding ridges or craze lines.
She comes as shown, clothing may be original or partly original (shoes were not on her when she arrived I gave her those so def those are not original but the clothing was on her when I bought her so they are unnown)
She has no markings. her hair is glued straight to her head, I replaced her shredded silk hair ribbons with new real silk ribbons.
